Absolutely loved this place. If I could give this restaurant a million stars, I wouldn’t hesitate. If you are in Medellin you must must must visit Alba! My husband and I have food restrictions so we messaged the restaurant beforehand and also confirmed with our waiter and the chef/owner came out and explained every item to us. We also don’t speak much Spanish but they talked to us in English and explained some Spanish words + phrases so we could understand. We felt so welcomed! Everyone is so kind, the service is the best service I have had in a long time when dining in a restaurant and the food was spectacular! There was so much attention to detail! This is the way I wish every restaurant treats their customers, their service was top knotch. My husband and I are from NY but understand we wouldn’t be able to find NY style pizza in Colombia but this pizza tasted so authentic, it felt like we were in Italy, the pesto pasta I ordered was divine and the Frutas Rojas soda came out so yummy. We will definitely come back before we go back home because it was that good!
