April was a lifesaver for my mother who had dementia this year. Numerous telemarketers called her at her home and signed her up for horrible insurance which then dropped her a few months later, no reason given. April came in and got my mother excellent insurance and got her covered for absolutely everything that came up from doctors, nurses, specialty care, and even got her insurance back dated to cover her during the month her other insurance canceled my mother. April is phenomenal, thank you!

April is one of the best at what she does! She gave us all the options and helped us and took her time to explain everything in great detail so that we could understand it. We are now signed up with the proper coverage and we don’t have to worry and didn’t get taken for a ride. We have talked to other people who have had a bad experience because the person wasn’t out for their clients interest, but only out for their own interest. I am a Senior Citizen in Overton, Nevada. I had some bad advice from an agent where I feel they took advantage of my lack of Medicare knowledge and signed me up to a plan deceitfully. I went to customer service of the insurance company, and they continued the confusion and deception. Fortunately for me, as Providence would have it, I was to make acquaintance with April at Legacy insurance; and she was able to inform me of just how I had been misled, and also how to go about fixing the situation. I would need to wait until next enrollment, but the solution was relatively simple and she could take care of the details on my behalf relatively painlessly, which she did! I now have precisely the coverage I need, at the cost that is most affordable. There are no more mysterious loopholes of hidden charges. Most notably, I feel as if I am in caring, competent, guiding hands regarding my medical needs. Thank you April, for helping me get through the maze!
