When Joseph came by to give me a quote, he was very respectful and cordial. He was friendly and did not try to pressure me into using his company (there were other companies that said they would do it cheaper for cash or that they only offered the price for one day to force you to ). Joseph was very responsive to text messages. The following week, the technician Pedro came and replaced the garage door within 2 hours. Pedro himself was very nice and respectful. I am satisfied with the work done and had a good experience with both Joseph and Pedro. One small issue is that when I handed the check to a random employee, I didn’t get any acknowledgment or receipt until I contacted Joseph. But overall better experience than other garage companies I had dealt with.

Zayne Flowers came today to give estimate on garage door repair. I was stuck in traffic. Had Zayne research problem on garage door. By the time I arrived he was almost totally completed repair on door..Zayne went over and above and bonus gave me instructions on how to maintain an efficient working garage door for future. He left me a leftover sample can WD 40 Silicone, so I can purchase right product for maintenance.The door opens and closes so smoothly and so much more quietly. Had my garage spring replaced this Feb but I couldn’t find the contractor information. My bad. The door acted like spring was not working again. Worked with Zayne and he gave me options to keep the old one or replace it. Ended up replacing it and the experience was good.
