Benny’s Tree Service trimmed two trees at our house. Overall, the crew did a good job, and we were general satisfied with the quality of the work.However, there appeared to be a communication disconnect between the estimator and the tree trimming crew. When the crew arrived, they did not seem to have a clear understanding of the full scope of the job. I had to discuss the scope of work with the crew again, and there were some disagreements about what had been included in he original estimate. As a result, a few dead branches were initially missed, along with some long branches hanging over the driveway that we had expected to be trimmed.Improvement communication between The estimator and the field crew, along with paying closer attention to the agreed-upon scope of work, would make the experience much smoother for customers.Dispute these issues, the crew worked hard, and I would recommend them to others.

Benny’s tree service did a great job. The guys were very nice and friendly and respectful. I liked that they asked how they were doing about half way into the job because if there’s something that’s not going your way, you can have time to correct it. Benny’s cut back from roofing and now my solar panels have lots of sun to recharge. And then cut off all the suckers of my live oak tree. Looks like it got a good grooming now. 😊Thank you Benny for a job well done.

I had the guys come to my home to give me an estimate for what needed to be done with my trees. We negotiated a fair price and they called their team in and they removed a tree and trimmed two others that we had discussed. The Whole job was done immediately and in a timely manner. The guys cleaned up after themselves and I am now a happy customer who will definitely be calling them for future work.

Rubi Castillo, the estimator came by and assessed my trees. She gave me an excellent quote!! My job was an extensive cut down of an entire 80 year old American elm. The crew came the very next day and did an amazing job. They really care about the trees and their customers. I highly recommend Beny’s!!!!
