George from Spot on was the best plumber we have ever worked with. First-he was quick getting to our issue. Secondly-pricing was fair and honest. 3rd-when a simple leak and shower faucet repair turned into a water heater replacement when everything was said and done due to finding unforeseen issues-George stayed on until it was done. Almost 10:30 pm. He was sweet with our kids and left every thing completely clean and working properly. Our company was in need of a drain hydrostatic test before doing some foundation repairs, spot on plumbing showed up as scheduled and was able to complete the testing which we did have a leak under our slab they detected. They were also able to diagnose to one pipe where the leak was coming from. They were flexible with us as we demo the concrete and they came back and made the repair. Tyler and Hayden were really friendly and professional. Definitely would call them next time. I need some plumbing work in the Tulsa area.

I had an outdoor spigot that I let freeze this past winter and it ended up causing water to flood my bathroom when I finally turned it on this past weekend. I called Spot On Plumbing, and they were able to come out and fix the problem within an hour. They quickly identified the issue, explained what was going on, and made the repair efficiently. The technicians were professional, courteous and knowledgeable- they even FaceTimed me going over the different spigot options and pricing since only my MIL was home at the time. They also had a really nice restoration company come out and do a quick look at the damage to ensure it wouldn’t cause long term mold issues. Preston from Spot On Plumbing was awesome and one of the easiest repairmen I’ve ever worked with. He explained the issues and then showed me exactly what they were so I would understand them and know they were legitimate issues that needed to be fixed before they caused more issues. Preston stayed late to ensure the job was done correctly and never pushed to come back the next day to finish the job even though it was late into the evening when more issues were found. Mitch and Marcos installed a water filtration system plus completed a few repairs/updates at several of our sinks. They had to move several things in the garage, but put it back better than they found it. They were neat, respectful and totally competent. We were without water most of the day, but we were prepared for that and managed just fine. I would recommend them with no reservations.

Spot On installed a whole house water purification system. Our water quality was extremely bad and I would suggest everyone have their water checked. Ryan and Easton were very professional, knowledgeable and very patient in answering all my questions. Although we only have a day of usage of the new purification system we feel better about the quality of our water ( and yes they tested the quality post installation). We are repeat customers of Spot On and the purification system is the second significant project ( consolidated three water heaters into two with the installation of a tankless providing the additional performance). Spot On has consistently provided quality service one execution of the projects. Additionally the office has staff has been very responsive to questions and accommodating with scheduling changes.Will I continue to use and recommend Spot On?
