Receptionist Katie and Technicians Chris and Christian were excellent! From my initiating phone call with Katie, to Chris' diagnoses of the problem and removal of the tank, to the delivery of the new water heater, and finally Christian's installation, I was treated with respect and professionalism. The communications were excellent, the arrival of the technicians was right on schedule, and the final invoice was exactly what was quoted. Spot On Plumbing is Top Notch! I have rental properties and Spot On will now be the only plumbers I call! I don't wish plumbing problems on anyone but when they occur, I wish for you the excellent experience of Spot On Plumbing!

Called late on Thursday afternoon, appointment scheduled for the next day between 2 and 5 pm. Easton called just after 2 pm and was on site 10 minutes later. Problem diagnosed within 15 minutes. Ended up being a repair I could take care of myself. I would call them again for sure.

We had the best experience with Spot on Plumbing that a person could ask for! Our tech, Ryan, was so kind and generous. We had almost a four hour job for him due to my dad needing three faucets changed out, etc. My dad has Alzheimer’s and fell asleep while they were there but I felt they were trustworthy from the get-go. From the moment that Ryan arrived until the time he left, he was professional, courteous, and very helpful. Spot On offered us fair pricing as well! They truly went above and beyond and we are happy to refer them to anyone in need of their services. We will definitely use them again!

Aiden was amazing! If I’d had known they would’ve had time to solve the problem same day I would’ve prepared the money in advanced. I will definitely be using spot on from here on out. I can’t wait to have yall back next week to solve the issues discussed today

Ryan called, fixed our problem, gave great customer service and will be our new plumbers for our rental property in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Very honest with the problems we had, did not try push extra repairs that was not critical at this time, gave us an estimate of work we will need in the future. Great service.Thank youEddie and Helen L.

Recheck of a previously repaired toilet issue. Since it was a recent repair, they agreed to check it out for no cost and (the repair was probably just a fluke, and it did need attention). Easton called before arriving, was super pleasant, located the issue quickly and was able to make the adjustment/repair. Great service.

I had to have a whole house repipe do to a slab leak and age of my home. Mitch and Aiden did a fantastic job. Finished the job earlier than originally thought, they were clean as you can be for such a detailed job, friendly and respectful. Felt like I’d known them for years. As for Spot On Plumbing, both of the owners, Brandon and Katy came to my home during the process. Very personable people. Wonderful to have met them.Would highly recommend this company.

We have used Spot On Plumbing for several years and they always do amazing work and are extremely reliable and quick to assist. We recently had Aiden help us with a shoddy job that a contractor did on our bathroom remodel. (That place is no longer in business or this would have been warranty work go figure.) Aiden detected our issue with our leaking tub plumbing and faucet quickly and came back another day once we had the new hardware for the bathtub. No added service charge! He fixed our plumbing and installed the beautiful new hardware right this time and I can enjoy my bubble baths again! Our dog Emi really loves them too. :)
