We were very pleased with our tech, Michael and appreciated his professionalism and honesty. Although there is still an ongoing issue requiring additional servicing, we are confident that we chose the right plumbing company. We will steady the course and look to Spot On for a plan of action once the lines are jetted.We also had a second team come out to install a new drain in the kitchen. They were all very professional and thorough. I would hire them again if there is a need to in the future.

Outstanding service by Easton. Very professional and detailed. He was very pleasant to work with, and I would certainly have him for any further plumbing needs that may occur in the future. Highly recommend. It was a difficult job rerouting supply lines to my shower in a 1950s Home. Especially when the temperature was 105° and he had to spend a fair amount of time in my attic.

Hayden and Ben just finished clearing the drain on my AC and hot water heater. This has been a problem for me the 5 years we have been in this house. He found the clog some 20’ or more down the drain. Far beyond my reach. Everything looks and works great now. Spot On techs alway do first rate work that is neat, clean and reasonably priced. Over the years I have used most of the major plumbing companies in town. Spot On Plumbing is the best. I highly recommend them for any plumbing job you have.

I initially did a review for the guys coming out to look at the crawl space, toilet reseal, and burying a drain line in the back yard. While they left a wonderful first impression, the real impressive part was the work they performed for me. I ended up getting them booked easily and they were available to come out just a few days later. The work they did was phenomenal, they were very kind, and incredibly fair with their pricing. My wife contacted Spot On four days ago and was put on the schedule for the next day. She called because the water pressure in the Master Shower was pretty weak and she thought our hot water tank might be going out. Mitchell was the worker that came out and upon looking at our concerns, he determined that there was probably sediment in the shower head causing it to slow but, upon looking at tge water heater, he advised it was 11 years old and would be a good time to replace it considering the warranty on that particular unit was only five years and we got an additional 6 years on top of that out of it. We agreed that it would be better to ho ahead and replace it now rather than later not knowing when it would actually go out and then cause us a lot of headache with the possibility of a massive mess with water all over the place. Mitchell suggested two units and we went with the one with a 10 year waranty as apposed to the five year warranty just because for an additional 5 years it was only about $600.00 more of a difference in orice. And before he left, he checked our water pressures PSI and said it was prety close to normsl during daytime usage but, figured during the night or early morning with no usage it might be a little higher than is recommended. Bottom line is that he returned two days later, being today (08/12/2026) and instslled a PRV in the closet where our whole house shut off valve is located simply to prevent too much pressure from water from building up causing future possible damage. He also installed a new shut off valve so that if i ever have to quickly turn off my water all i have to do is turn the handle 180° rather tgan my old handle which was similar to an older outdoor faucet where you have to turn it about 20 revolutions to get it off. Once again, and outstanding job performed by one of the best in the business. I appreciate the quick response of Spot On Plumbing and will always call them when they are needed because of their professionalism and quality of work.

Our faucet and main shut off was leaking and needed repairs done quickly. Preston was amazing! He gave us a few options and the quotes and prices were reasonably fair.
