Jack helped me buy a life insurance policy over the past couple of days, and I am very happy with the level of service he provided. First, he was the only agent of the three I requested quotes from using an online tool that listened to my request to contact me via email instead of by phone. I had about 10 missed calls from the other two agents, while Jack sent me an email as requested. More importantly, he responded extremely quickly to my multiple questions throughout the process. He also made sure I understood the policy I requested and suggested a few other options I might be interested in without being pushy about it. Highly recommend Jack and Deighton Financial.

Jack Deighton did a truly amazing job for me last year, super recommend him! He was extremely responsive and helpful even as Hurricane Milton was about to hit his area! He gave me great guidance throughout and I got a great product from a great company at a great price. Jack is also a really nice person, great to talk to, and I learned that he even wrote his college thesis on ethics in the life insurance industry. This is a complicated industry with many different types of products and he is a true expert. Jack was also extraordinarily patient (I changed what product I wanted multiple times and he always very cheerfully and efficiently made the change, even though it meant more work for him). He also even chatted with me during the weekend and worked on paperwork for me over the weekend since I wanted something submitted asap. I can't say enough great things about Jack, super happy with my experience, and really glad I found him via the website that the Bogleheads recommended. Thank you Jack!
