Great place to train all programs that build amongst MMA with wrestling, BJJ, Muay Thai, kickboxing, Taekwondo, and boxing. Best gym in San Antonio after previously checking out 8 different ones. All the coaches have amazing backgrounds that cultivates to the gyms high expertise driven team of coaches.

Took my first Dominion FIT class today and WOW!The session was challenging in the best way, with a great mix of strength and endurance that really pushed me. The coach was attentive, and made sure everyone had proper form. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping you improve.This class pushed me and left me feeling proud and strong.
