I started working with Amy in November 2024 after searching for a coach who I felt could most help me on my journey to feel fitter and more confident. Amy was very knowledgable but also relatable, she was a working busy mum, who understands the day to day struggles. I was 5 months post-partum when I stared this journey, and wasn’t feeling myself at all, I had very little time dedicated to me, but Amy put a plan in place that was achievable and realistic. We looked closely at my nutrition and she put a strength training home workout plan in place that I was able to stick to 5 days a week. Over the course of 6 months I lost 8kg and was down to my goal weight which we set out at the start. The programme provided me so much knowledge that I will continue everyday moving forwards. The weight loss itself was just the added bonus in comparison to how I feel after completing the programme. Clothes are feeling looser, my confidence is back up and I’m not obsessing over scale weight or restricting my diet like I used to. Thanks Amy for guiding me on this journey.
