Jane Pearson is amazing! From our very first meeting to sell my house I could tell she was committed to her clients. She was there for me through the entire process. She had the answers to all my questions and was available to me at all times. And thanks to her my house sold in 24 Hours. I was so blessed to be able to work with her. Thank you Jane.

When we decided to move to Denver to be close to family, the real estate agent in our home town recommended Jane as our buyer's agent. Man, are we glad she did. From the onset, Jane took her time to understand our needs and our budget. She worked with us to find the perfect home. Then 3 years later we decided to relocate to NW Arkansas. We contracted with Jane to handle the sale of our townhome. Again, excellent service. She worked hard to get the correct listing price and then even harder to get the correct selling price. I believe it only took 60 days to sell, and in today's market, that is remarkable. Hire her to buy or sell. She's great.

It’s a pleasure to write such a positive review for Jane Pearson! Jane was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process of selling our home. She was always so kind, friendly, and patient with all of my questions and uncertainties. Her knowledge, guidance, and willingness to help made an already stressful experience so much easier.I would recommend Jane to anyone looking for a realtor, and I would use her again in an instant. Now that our house has sold and that communication has come to an end, I honestly feel like I’ve lost a friend. That’s the kind of person you want by your side during such an important and stressful time.Thank you, Jane, for everything! I am so grateful for you!— Nikki Lemos

Janae and her team did an excellent job in listing and selling my parents home. The photos were top notch and she was responsive to all my questions through the process. In today's age where one can fully explore and research homes on their own through real estate apps it is foolish to pay more that is why I went with 1 Percent Lists Mile High.

Jane was absolutely wonderful to work with. She explained every step of the process thoroughly, making sure I understood everything along the way. She is incredibly kind, patient, and always willing to answer questions. Her knowledge of the housing market is outstanding, and I felt confident knowing I had her expertise on my side. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Jane again in fact, I would choose her again in a second. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and caring real estate agent.

Where do I start? Wow! The services I received from Jane Pearson and her company as a seller were way more than expected. Very professional, the photos and ad copy for my listing were so good that I almost wanted to move back in. We had a buyer by the fourth or fifth showing. The deal was not without complications, but Jane was with me every step of the way leading to an eventual smooth transaction on the original proposed closing date. She more than earned her fee while saving me thousands. I will definitely hire her company again when needed. I highly recommend that you trust this real estate broker anywhere in the Denver to Boulder metro area and beyond if she's willing.Addendum: Right after I submitted this review I was able to see that Jane received 10 more 5 star reviews since we met. This means that she was juggling about 10 other clients at the same time. Yet, she made me feel like I was her only client. This in itself speaks volumes about the quality of her work.

1 Percent Lists Mile High did a great job getting our home sold in a challenging situation. We had previously struggled to generate serious interest, and she helped reposition the listing, manage the process, and ultimately get it across the finish line. What stood out most was her responsiveness and ability to keep things moving during key moments (inspection, appraisal, closing). She was practical, solutions-oriented, and didn’t overcomplicate things. The 1% listing model also represents strong value compared to traditional commissions, especially given the level of service we received.Overall, a very solid experience and I’d recommend this realtor to anyone looking for a cost-effective and results-driven listing agent.

Truly I cannot say enough great things about Jane. She was always quick to respond and very on top of everything. While buying our house we had to deal with a bit of a difficult selling agent and Jane was so great at managing him and expressing to him and the sellers our expectations. She also has tons of connections and knows someone for any job you may need done, PLUS they’ll give you a great deal. If my husband and I ever buy other property, we would only want to do so through Jane

Working with Jane to sell our home was an outstanding experience from start to finish. We initially spoke with several agents, and after reviewing typical commission structures and running the numbers, we were honestly surprised by how much sellers often end up paying. Jane stood out immediately because she truly understands this and genuinely wants to help her clients maximize their return. There’s a common saying that you get what you pay for, but that couldn’t be further from the truth with Jane. Her attentiveness, responsiveness, and focus matched, if not exceeded, that of any traditional agent we met with. From our very first meeting, it was clear she genuinely cared about us and our goals as sellers. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor or a better experience, and we would confidently recommend Jane to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

I especially appreciated her guidance and expertise during negotiations on price and inspection items, which ultimately helped us close on the perfect property.I’m also grateful for Jane’s support as we navigated shifts in the market while selling our home in Denver, CO. I had the absolute privilege of working with Jane, and I can say without hesitation that she is one of the best real estate agents in Colorado, if not the best. From start to finish, Jane demonstrated an unmatched level of dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for my home-buying journey. She consistently went above and beyond, not because of the commission, but because she truly cares about providing the best possible service for her clients. What sets Jane apart is that her commission is not only incredibly competitive—it’s genuinely unbeatable. Yet despite her offering what many agents simply can’t match, her quality of service never wavered. She was responsive, thorough, and fiercely on my side throughout every step of the process. In a market full of agents who talk about putting clients first, Jane actually lives it. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone serious about buying a home. You will not find better value or better service—period.Thank you, Jane, for helping me find my home. You’ve truly set the bar.
