I've just had my second one hour massage with James and highly recommend his remedial massage. Saw James today for a 90 minute remedial massage appointment. Have had my fare share of massages and practitioners helping me with lower back pain and tightness. Safe to say James ticked all of my boxes from expertise to technique, to calm and tranquil space, James ensured I was comfortable at all times (except this slight discomfort that comes with remedial 😝), checking if the climate was ok, and easing off in certain areas that were tender. James’s space was so calm with a great climate, lighting and all round comfortability. Have rebooked in to keep working with James, highly recommend. 😊

James is so knowledgeable and explains everything he is doing and why in simple terms so the client can understand. He is very good at massaging the problem areas and applying the right amount of pressure based on what you can handle.The room is super neat and tidy. James incorporates cupping and hot stone depending on the client’s needs.I felt relaxed and in less pain after my massage and I look foward to my next one in a couple of weeks.

He knows exactly what he’s doing and makes sure you walk away feeling that you got what you needed, whether it’s relaxation, or a strong, targeted treatment. After many years of neck and shoulder pain from surfing, James’s massages are a huge relief and his treatments actually deliver long-term results. He offers such a personalised approach and is full of knowledge.I recently suffered a head injury and painful whiplash, and James’s integrated use of cupping, needling, and remedial massage was incredible. I’d seen a few specialists to try and relieve the pain but James’s treatment was unparalleled. I can’t recommend him more highly!
