This is the first property I've purchased, so I'm paranoid about anything that could potentially go wrong. I'm very glad I went with Lighthouse for this 1 year warranty inspection. I was provided copies of the final report in pdf, web link, and through the complimentary Home Binder service they offer. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a high quality home inspection.
