I come here regularly, and every visit has been a positive experience. Ms. Gail is truly exceptional no matter how busy or stressful things get, she remains calm, organized, and incredibly helpful. She really knows how to hold everything together and make people feel supported during difficult moments. Her professionalism and kindness don’t go unnoticed. Highly recommend!

I have a great experience everytime I come.. it's a very nice atmosphere.. Always clean and the laundry attendees are always helpful and attentive. Especially Tycher who took the time to show an OG how to scan a Qr.. :).. the music is a plus.. I definitely recommend if your interested in having a great experience while washing your clothes. They also offer services where they'll complete your laundry for you.. Great job my City Laundry.. Jaffaa Freeman
