Excellent boxing school, always several couches so no kid left all got personal attention. My son sometimes get lucky to be trained by European women champion, she's so good in fast sparring/training where you don't get pounched, but learn to attack fast and BLOCK counter attacks.Hi five!!!!!!!!!

I started here as a complete beginner and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to learn. Everyone, from the staff to the people in class, has been so welcoming, kind, and encouraging from the very beginning. It’s such a positive and supportive environment that makes you want to keep showing up and getting better. It truly feels like a community and a family, not just a gym. This has become a place I genuinely love coming to, and I’m so grateful to be part of it!

Coach Jose, and the other trainers are awesome. They take their time to explain the combos, and why it’s best to throw in certain situations. As a southpaw it was challenging finding mitt holders to teach me new things, and I found that here. I didn’t mention they get you into great shape, and are very patient when teaching. I highly recommend this place.

I was never someone who was interested in combat sports and was always timid about being in physical altercations. One day I called and the owner Jose welcomed me with open arms. I came in looking for newfound confidence, trying something different and a great workout.Little did I know that almost year later I would receive more than I asked for in each of those categories, but also a community thats accepting and willing to push each other to be their best self both in and outside the gym. Workouts are always pushing you to the limit and teaching something to add to your skills set.The trainers Jose, Jorge, Able, Ryan, and Owen are willing to work with you at your current level while also helping you achieve the goals you set from day 1.I’m truly grateful to be apart of Keystone Boxing.

Keystone has given me such an amazing boxing experience, and I couldn’t be more grateful. It’s hard to be a woman in the boxing space, especially coming into a space you don’t know. That didn’t matter though- everyone was so welcoming. The coaches work with you, no matter your skill level. They encourage you to try your best, and never make you feel out of place. If you’re thinking about starting boxing-or coming back to it- this is the spot to go.

A fantastic gym for training and learning boxing. The team guides you and helps you progress. I’m not from the area, but they welcomed me right away and made me feel at ease, even though I’m a beginner. It’s suitable for all levels, though—there are even professional boxers there. A fantastic experience; I’d recommend it to anyone. Hard work, but guaranteed results. Top-notch!

I found Keystone boxing gym on Google when my son was three, and waited until he turned six to put him in this gym. And I was right. For two years, I have seen an amazing result. This is my review after training for little over a year at Keystone Boxing Gym. Keystone Boxing Gym is amazing starting point for whatever goals you have. Whether it be fitness, weight loss, lifestyle changes. To learning the discipline and sweet science of boxing or building on the fundamentals that you already learnt or forgotten. Keystone is a friendly family oriented gym that the coaches and regulars will help you with achieving your goals and assist you with sharpening your boxing skills.
