Ryan Utterback was the best to work with. He stuck with us for 3 years while trying to find our forever home. We traveled to multiple different towns in central Illinois. He was always available by text or phone and was willing to help out as quick as possible. He was very honest about the whole process, what the steps were, if an house was a good buy or not, etc. and always explained everything in detail for us.
