I can't say enough great things about Thrive. Every single person I've interacted with has been so accommodating, helpful, and genuinely just really, really nice. Whenever I need to change something, or reschedule, I just text Verity and it's never a problem. Milena, our cleaner, is fantastic. I really can't even articulate how great she is. We love her, our dog loves her. Our house looks amazing. I feel like there's some kind of wizardry going on because I could legit clean for an entire day and it still wouldn't look like this.

Thrive cleaners have serviced my place a few times now, always extremely receptive to feedback, on time, they send a text when the cleaning team is near by and wrapped up which makes planning time away from home (especially with my pup) smooth and seamless. I’m always happy to come home after they’ve been there!

AMAZING SERVICE! Two people came to clean up our townhouse today in Concord, and we couldn't be more satisfied..ESP for the price! The gentleman and young lady who came today ended up staying until the sun went down and couldn't have been more thoroug, not to mention extremely professional and kind. We are looking for a good maid servic, and out of the 3 that we "tried out" you guys win hands down. Great service, awesome results, friendly workers, and VERY reasonably priced, ESP for the quality of the work. You absolutely will be hearing from us again. Thank you both very much! Now I'm excited to have the mother in-law over to run her finger across our hutch expecting dust, just so I can smirk! P.S-to the gentleman that tackled the dog hair COVERED staircase-I know you used your personal vacuum to do so and if our staircase ruined your vacuum I def witnessed and can attest to that and I'm all for your company purchasing you a new one! lol thank you again for your service and time.

Sabrina M was great! She arrived early, asked what areas to work on first and was every efficient. At the end she asked if there were any other areas I’d like cleaned or anything I wasn’t satisfied with. Also loved the text messages informing me she was on her way, then of her arrival, and another when she was finished. I would definitely recommend this cleaning service!
