Totally awesome. Bruce sold us the swim spa. Great guy and very knowledgeable. John Manolatos came to the house and went over all the chemicals and how to maintain a perfect spa. John is super knowledgeable and made it very easy to understand the maintenance part. In today’s world where no one takes pride in what they do, it was extremely refreshing to deal with Pelican and their associates. If you want a hot tub or swim spa Pelican is the spot. I recently purchased an outdoor furniture set. Laura was extremely helpful during the entire process and went above and beyond to answer all of the questions I had. After delivery, I noticed that one of the outdoor couches was missing a part out of the factory (no fault to Pelican). I contacted Laura and she immediately advised me that I would be receiving a brand new couch. The new couch was delivered a couple days later. 10/10 customer service. Thank you Laura!

Over a couple months shortly before warranty expiration, we experienced a series of bizarre occasional problems with pumps, boards, leaks, errors and trips of our spa. Mike came to our home, working hard in the heat of summer while in awkward positions (our spa is half hidden under decking), and got everything working again such that all was still covered. He also resolved a stuck “Spa Frog” in-line chemicals dispenser while he was there; many thanks Mike!

We are new to the hot tub world but have always trusted Pelican..so of course we went to the experts when we decided to make our first purchase. Bruce walked us through all the options with no pressure or sales pitch just listened to our descriptions and fitted us perfectly to our tub. The experience was great! Than John M came out to our home for a complete tutorial of our specific model, functions and features but more importantly he went over all the requirements and chemicals which was such a relief because it’s a lot easier than it seemed! Super easy to talk to. I highly recommend Pelican shops for all things that have to do with pools, spas, ski and snowboards they truly are the best !
