We went to Pelican to get a hot tub. Bruce was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and explained the details for us. Victor and his crew delivered the hot tub and set it up with no problems. Then John came to our house to explain how to use the hot tub and show us exactly how it works. John said the time he was coming and very punctual. He was also very nice and knowledgeable giving us tips and suggestions since this was our first hot tub. This is a great place to go for a huge selection of hot tubs and all the specialty workers for a smooth transition from start to finish.

Buying at Pelican was a great experience from Bruce our salesman who recommended the best hot tub for our needs to the delivery experience which was fast and with out issue!! In store Bruce was very thorough on the tub process which was great but then John M came out to the house and went over everything in detail and even brought us laminated instructions of everything we went over. I am glad that I found this pool supplier and had such a positive experience that I felt the need to share it. I was in the market for you pool robot vacuum cleaner, and came across their website just to find out that they are local nearby in New Jersey. I called them with my mindset on ordering one particular model and ended up on the phone for a while with the gentleman in the store. He was extremely helpful, appeared deeply knowledgeable with regards to these units, and provided wonderful guidance. In the end, he did convince me to get a slightly higher priced model because it served my purpose is better for what I was looking to accomplish. The vacuum was shipped out and arrived only three days later in perfect condition. I settled on purchasing the Maytronics Dolphin Active 3000 and could not be happier that he talked to me into this model. Even though there was no high-pressure sales tactic, his knowledge of the equipment and industry convinced me, and it is clear that the store runs on expertise and customer service. The robot has been working for a week so far, and we could not be happier with the results, ease of use, and functionality of this particular unit. This model has a floor-only feature, which now we are using almost exclusively, and I don’t know what I would have done without, and the cart/cover work perfectly for our situation. We would absolutely do business with Pelican Pools again.

Pelican has been our go to venue for all ski equipment and apparel for years, as well as all of our outdoor furniture. Quality of all products is always excellent and delivery of outdoor furniture quick and painless. They are helpful with positioning furniture and removing all garbage. They are great. The outdoor patio items from almost 10 years ago still look as good as new (finch). And all pieces we added today, look excellent.
