We had great experience buying Nordic Hot Tub from Pelican store in Morris Plains. From start to finish we got support and timely help. Jeff helped us with the decision making, purchase and advice during the process. Once the tub was connected, John came to give us free tutorial how to manage and care for the hot tub. When I mentioned that we were having trouble with our heat lamp, sales offered to swap it out at the time our table set was delivered.
