The purchasing process was fine, depending on which store you go into the selection very good in some.The delivery is TERRIBLE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. I get the furniture is custom made and we were told 6 weeks. We ordered on May 2 now I'm not even going to have it for the 4th of July. I have a brand new pool and outdoor kitchen and no where to sit. Very disappointed, would not recommend
