Our salesperson (Nicole) was very pleasant during the buying phase. After waiting 4-6 weeks (the amount of time she said it would take to receive our furniture) we called the store and were told it would be another month or two before it would be delivered. We asked to cancel our order and she refused, telling us we should have read the contract more carefully (whereby it specifies that NO cancellations or refunds are allowed). When my husband went to the store in person, the manager was arrogant and dismissive. Our recommendation: If you are determined to buy your furniture at this store, read the sales contract V E R Y C A R E F U L L Y! If you don't want to have to scrutinize a contract to buy some furniture, go someplace else. There's a reason this store is typically void of customers!

we bought very expensive chairs ,chaise loungers and tables and side chairs. it took forever. we like them but the swivel chairs aren’t working. it’s been 3 years and they said they are not backed by the manufacture because it’s the elements of nature ??? they sure outside patio chairs????seriously?? do not go there

Salespeople are just first class backed by great management.Great with design and layouts. With no pressure. They were very committed to my time frames.
