This is by far the very best urgent care in the city of Katy. the staff is super friendly, answers all questions, makes you feel welcomed, wanted and cared for! Jeannette was so super friendly, helpful, and with a wonderful personality you would want and need in your time of need! Someone please give this young lady a promotion and raise she is well deserving of it! In comparison The level of service I leave received at AFC Urgent Care Katy - Greenhouse Road Oakes in comparison, Please see my review of them. The staff at AFC was very unfriendly unhelpful and couldn’t even answer my simple basic questions that too with an act of disdain upon me. Wow! I had a fantastic experience here! Yazmine was incredibly knowledgeable about my insurance and where my prescriptions could be sent. This was really helpful as I’m normally seen at the Katy VA clinic, and it is very self contained. Marissa was incredibly friendly and professional. Dani did an excellent job assessing my condition and prescribing a course of care to help my injured eye heal. Thank you to the pros at Preferred Urgent Care!! Less
