This is definitely my preferred urgent care. The ease of booking online, and the compassionate care given makes things a lot more comforting when ill and/or injured. Ms. Rasberry is normally there to greet with a smile and all of the staff are friendly, thorough and efficient. This is a great alternative for healthcare when I can’t get in to see my PCP and don’t want the headache and long wait at the ER.

Preferred Urgent Care is an excellent facility. I am always seen quickly, and everyone—from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor—is always courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Gigi has treated me on my most recent visits and her bedside manner is impeccable. She is extremely patient and thoroughly explains her diagnosis and treatment. Her nurse, Liz, is friendly and very sweet. I always know I am in the best care with Dr. Gigi and her team.
