I happened across this business, and Garrett came out and took the time to personally examine my system, diagnose the issues, and recommend a service schedule that was reasonable and fit my needs. I just got a new pool installed at our house. The company provided a training class but did not really go over in details and to be honest, after 2 weeks I realized that maintaining the pool requires an expertise in understanding of how to properly use chemicals and cleaning the pool is a huge task that I knew I was not going to do properly over time. I requested multiple quotes from different businesses who does pool maintenance. Out of all the businesses who has reached out to me, Garrett was the most personable and professional with inquiring about my needs. It was obvious from our conversation that Garrett was truly an expert in his field and takes a great pride in the work he does. I receive weekly pictures and summary emails of my current chemical levels, overall condition, and many more details and I could not be happier with my decision of going with Crystal Clear Aquatic Solutions. To be honest, the quote that I received from Garrett was higher than some other competitors. However, I am truly satisfied with the service that I am receiving and I would not want to try to save money on such a big investment. Highly recommend it to everyone looking for a truly professional company whose owner will personally update you (sometimes I would send messages at night if I have questions and Garrett will respond right away; I try not to take advantage of his accessibility however).
