Highly Recommend Black Optix Tint! They did an OUTSTANDING job tinting my Accord today, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!Their customer service was an A+ from start to finish! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and professional!A special shoutout to Steven for going above and beyond! He even took the time to walk outside and check the tint percentage on my friend’s car, who came with me, so I could see exactly what percentage I wanted for mine. It’s the little things like that that make a big difference!I truly appreciate the time, patience, and excellent service! You’ve definitely earned a returning customer, and I’ll be sending all my friends and family your way!Thank you, Black Optix Tint, for making my new Accord look even better!

I had a really great experience with this company! From the front desk to the guys who worked on my car, everyone was friendly and provided excellent customer service. They took the time to explain the different tint percentages so I could make the best decision for my car without feeling rushed or pressured. They were running a special, which I really appreciated, and there were no hidden fees or attempts to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. I also appreciated that they were able to get me in a little earlier than my appointment and gave me an accurate timeframe for how long the job would take. They finished right when they said they would and made sure I was happy with the results. It’s nice to deal with a business that values your time, is upfront about pricing, and genuinely cares about making sure you’re satisfied. I’m very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their windows tinted!

Had a great experience with Black Optix. He took the time to answer all my questions, showed me examples of the different tint options, and explained everything so I could actually see what I was getting before making a decision. I never felt rushed or pressured into choosing the more expensive option. The installation came out great, the car looks so much better, and I’m really happy with the overall experience. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and definitely somewhere I’d recommend if you’re looking to get your windows tinted.

Beware! Sometimes cheap isn’t always better. I’ve had dozens of vehicles tinted and this was my first experience using Black Optix Tint as I’m new to Florida. When I was checking in for my appointment they couldn’t get to me for over a half hour as they had to pull the appointment in front of me back in to redo the entire back glass which should have been my first clue. When I got my vehicle back this was the result. Worst quality control I’ve ever seen on a tint job. I had to take their tool back in that they left in there, then the got cleaner all over my back trunk deck and upper deck speaker, they damaged and gouged up both C pillars around the back glass; you could not see out of the windows as all of them were smudged up and hazy as they didn’t bother to clean up and the icing on the cake was tinting over trash in the tint. The driver side front window has visible trash in the tint. They promised a call back to see how they could remedy this and then never called.

These guys are incredible! We went in to ask about an issue with my wife's tint ( from a different place) and we were so impressed; We booked her car Wednesday to have the old film stripped and their's installed, and my truck was today! These guys did an outstanding job and also offered advice so that we made sure we got what we wanted. The price can't be beat, and it has a lifetime warranty! We plan to use their detailing next! I will definitely recommend y'all! Thanks again!
