I had used Karina way back when she was on her own. She was an wonderful cleaning person. Her business grew and I stuck with her despite substandard cleaning (cleaners that were told my requests/pet peeves and did not do as directed, and/or constant changing of staff that come). I would kindly, but often comment on, as I subscribe to the theory that one can not improve on what one does not know. They broke things over the years, and I never asked her to replace these items or pay for them. That said, I recently rec'd an invoice from her company with a note in Portuguese. I utilized Google Translate to learn exactly what this note said as I was curious. Someone reference me, ON MY INVOICE, in another language, that I was an "unbearably annoying customer". Apparently expecting a service as promised is "unbearably annoying". I have no proof that thi swas the Owner, the Owner said it was not. I do not know what to believe. All I know is the Owner has smiled in my face for years, thanked me for being such a loyal customer (I referred her many times) , asked me to help her (I have a marketing business) and her husband with their businesses (where I chose to charge her a discounted rate out of kindness)... only for someone at her company to be so unprofessional that they made notes about me on MY invoice for anyone with google translate to see! This is AFTER years and years of utilizing her services. If this was not the Owner, then the quality of the staff that is hired is suspect. Be warned. Less
