I’m giving 1 star because the front staff was nice enough and there isn’t a zero option anyway.I had a workplace injury in my lower back and was recommended to do physio. Here is close to home so I picked this location. First assessment I was stiff, got treated with electricity patches and heat. Still not full ready for work. Latest visit, I had no pain, ready for work, needed a letter. Treated and after I needed a note to work. The doctor refused to give the letter saying he wasn’t able to and my doctor had to even though I was told by work physio or a walk in can clear me. Discussing the topic the doctor laughed at me and said I had to come back to him further. Called WCB, sent to a walk in, assessed, back to work the next day. This place wasn’t looking in my best interest but what felt like a push to line their pockets off a claim and person needing help. Will not recommend and will never be back

This was my Second time visiting for Massage at this location with Lovejeet Sira, and he did an excellent job. After I explained my issue, he clearly described the root cause using a human anatomy poster, which really helped me understand what was going on. During the massage, he explained what he was doing, asked for feedback, and adjusted the pressure and focus areas accordingly. He knows the pressure points extremely well, and the session felt very targeted and effective. I felt relief and confidence in his knowledge and technique. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for a skilled and professional massage therapist.

Shout out to Revital Health Chestermere Location for a number of important reasons. The Office manager, Seerat is very friendly, accommodating, and remembered myself and daughter even though our last appointments were almost a year ago. Jas, the receptionist, is amazing; always bubbly, patient, has gone beyond to offer special accommodations, and coordinate appointments for us! Lovepreet Sira, is one of the best massage therapists I have been to. He is very knowledgeable, extremely skilled, intuitive, great listener, frequently checks to make sure pressure is right, walks you through things when an explanation is required, humorous, and above all, he genuinely cares about a person’s well being. I have been to him 3 times and have already improved tremendously. He also accommodated special requirements for my daughter without hesitation! My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her massage too! The dilemma is, who will be the lucky one who gets him as a massage therapist when we are booked in the same time slot? 😂🤣Seriously, great experiences because of these fantastic people; thank you!
