Minis came out great and they made sure they were printed the best they could be. Some of the prints had ultra-fine details which can be difficult for printers and they did a great job. Will definitely get more printed :)

I’m really happy with my miniatures, and I already have a list ready for the next ones I want to get printed!!! The quality is absolutely excellent, and the customer service has been incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful as well. If I had to suggest a couple of areas for improvement, perhaps the packaging could be made a little safer for the most delicate pieces, and it could be made clearer on the website that waiting times may sometimes be longer than the stated 10 days. Found Ficta when I was looking to print some custom mini's I'd put together. Unbelievable detail on the prints! I sent my order smaller than I meant to (completely my fault, I measured the wrong reference piece) and even with it being so small I could see individual fingers on a hand the size of a grain of rice. Just unreal! Had one mishap in shipping for one larger piece, reached out and they're replacing it in my next order. Fantastic price, incredible quality, great support. I'll be back again and again as long as they keep this up!

I had an order that included mostly small parts. All parts were printed very well; I only suffered 2 breaks during transport ( and those were very thin parts asking for it, and I had chosen detail resin to start with). The order took a bit longer than expected, but that's okay with me; they cure and clean the models, the quality check is tremendous; not a single flaw on any of the 80+ parts. The only point that can be better is on the webstore: the resin choice for the single miniature upload defaults back to detail for every upload, forcing some more mousework and sometimes leading to the wrong resin choice in the shopping cart ( esp. at 80+ parts)

Ordered a test run of small-scale figures for a somewhat time critical project, order took way longer than expected. After a few messages (which were responded to very quickly), they went out of their way to fulfill the actual order *way* quicker than even their projected turnaround time. When I first discovered Ficta3D, I was very skeptical. There were only a handful of reviews, and they were all positive—which, on the one hand, made me even more skeptical, but on the other hand, also encouraged me to try it out for myself. I wanted to make 3D tokens out of resin for my pen-and-paper gaming sessions. However, due to health issues, buying and using my own resin printer wasn’t an option for me. After a quick search, I came across Ficta3D. I uploaded my figures and was shown very reasonable prices. So I finally decided to give the service a try. My order was a bit large, so it took a few weeks to complete. When I asked how long the process would take, I received prompt and friendly responses. Ficta3D was able to meet the deadline I set, so the miniatures arrived on time. The quality is very good—better than what I probably would have printed myself. I’m all set for my pen-and-paper campaign for the coming months, but I’ll be back for future sessions. Despite my initial skepticism, I can wholeheartedly recommend this service.

And their website interface is super easy to use and showing in real-time the exact cost that your models will cost.
