Chris is absolutely fantastic! Super friendly and easy to deal with. He came out promptly, communicated clearly throughout the process and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently - and gave me some great advice on renovations which went above and beyond what I expected from a service call. After a horrid experience with another plumber, I got Sven's team to come and have a look. It was a major drain pipe collapse so wouldn't have been fixed with hydroclean as was performed and charged by the previous plumber. Chris came the day after booking, investigated and arranged for an immediate recrification work and completed the whole job within 2 working days. Sven's team is fully equiped to deal with any problem thrown at them. Overall a happy customer and any future plumbing needs, Sven will always be my go to plumber.
