Contacted Dryer Vent Squad of Ocean County for a disconnected dryer vent in the crawl space. Upon inspection, I needed to bring the vent system up to code.Initially, I dealt with Mike. Excellent communication as he explained the first steps, and in later talks also.Eric, the tech that responded, was personable and professional. He did an excellent job on the repairs, and went above & beyond what he was required to do.This is a terrific company in all areas of the job, in my opinion. I could not have been happier with them.

Awesome company!! From Hazel in the office, Mike the owner to Eric! everyone in this company is amazing!! From the moment I called them, everyone was kind, courteous, friendly and helpful! Had an appointment set and unfortunately the worker injured himself on another job! Mike was so apologetic, saying he would figure out a way to keep my appointment but I was perfectly fine with the rescheduled day! Turns out it was Eric! Eric took his time to explain everything he was doing, made some suggestions, even took a moment to play with my overzealous pup who fell in love with him!! Can I give 10 stars??? 100??? Absolutely the very best experience I've had with a dryer vent cleaning company in the 23 years I've lived in this house!!! No need to call anyone else!! This is the very best one!!!
