Aaron showed up early. He was super nice, professional and explained everything. Replaced my dryer hose that I didn't even know had a hole. Cleaned out the dryer vent. Cleaned everything up! I scheduled Dryer Vent Squad of Ocean and Monmouth County to inspect and clean my dryer vent pipe. I did it for two reasons, one being to dry my clothes faster which saves money and secondly to prevent a dryer fire. Aaron arrived as scheduled today and did an outstanding job. He definitely believes in doing the right job but I also noticed that he goes above and beyond. Besides showing me the before and after video, he thoroughly checked and cleaned my dryer. He recommended a far superior vent hose that is not only fire rated but does not leak. I had no idea the Home Depot product I had installed actually has very small hose in it. He showed it to me and I would not have believed it if I didn’t see it with my own eyes. He was very knowledgeable and conscientious. You would never know he worked at my house. We had a 90% clog in our dryer vent, which you never want to see come up on your dryer.I did a search for a dryer vent company in the area and came across Dryer Vent Squad. Figured I would give them a shot.Aaron showed up earlier than the appointment time (my fault! He tried to call to see if he could come early and I didn't answer! So he decided to knock on my door, which is great in my book).He did a thorough cleaning of everything to get the dryer back on track. While I hesitate to write a review before we have even used the dryer a few times after the clean, I will point out that he does warranty the work that he does which is fantastic service.Given all he did, I found his pricing to be reasonable. Perhaps I could have shopped around but I tend to doubt anyone would have been much lower while providing the same work quality. I also like that he didn't try to upsell anything or do any kind of bait-and-switch routine.Highly recommend. Less
