Initially thought there wouldn't be much to pick from, but we were pleasantly surprised and pleased with the variety of mattresses available, as well as the various price options. (Wanted a mattress for an RV so not wanting a to buy a higher end product.) Mitchell was very courteous, knew the products and company well and we never felt pressured for a sale. Mitchell was amazing to work with at Marks Mattress in Terre Haute. As soon as we walked in he was ready to help my father who has health issues. He didn’t sound like the typical sales guy just trying to make money off someone. That one thing that stood out to me, is that he cared very much. He was extremely patient and diligent. His goal was for my father to have the right bed to lay on. We have not received that mattress yet (should be here this week) but there was TONS of different options at the store. It was reassuring that we’re a lot of options. It also was not overwhelming. This is because Mitchell started my dad out with three different beds to find what my dad like the most. Bought a mattress and adjustable base in 2017. The base motor broke and the head wouldn’t lift anymore. It was outside the warranty and they couldn’t find a replacement part so they offered to sell us a new in box base for $350 AND delivered it the next day. So happy to have my “old lady” base back!!! I went to several different mattress places in town. Mark‘s Mattress Outlet was actually the very first place I went and I found a mattress I really liked but I wanted to check other places first. I ended up going back to Mark‘s Mattress Outlet and choosing the very first mattress I tried. I was extremely impressed with Preston, the sales guy I chatted with. I ended up being there for almost 3 hours. I asked a ton of questions and he was very knowledgeable and was not pushy. He simply listened to what I was looking for and tried to best direct me to mattresses I would like. He was patient and I could tell he was passionate about his job. Preston was awesome and because of him, I will most likely be back whenever I need a mattress next. I do recommend at least checking them out when you’re looking at different places for a mattress.
