5 stars across the board. My wife worked with Jackie more than I did and I worked with Jackie’s husband Dino more. But I was attached to all emails and everything was very prompt and efficient. They were always available for our many questions (which we had many as new house buyers). Both were extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of the process from house searching, to inspections, to paperwork, to the final signing at the end. Family friendly as well, we have 2 daughters that we had to bring with us on many occasions since we lack babysitters. And my daughters were treated with respect and friendliness instead of being ignored. Even during the signing our 5 month old was getting fussy and Dino took the time to calm her down and keep her entertained while we focused on signing process. We were referred to them by 2 separate family members who also used them to buy their houses. And it’s 100% worth it. You will be treated like people not just a customer.

Jackie and Dino are by far the best around! They were recommended to us by two sets of family members who both spoke very highly of them. We are first time home buyers so we knew nothing! But Jackie and Dino were so helpful through the entire process. From the moment that we contacted them they were on the hunt for the perfect home for us. While going to view homes Dino was extremely knowledgeable and honest and was able to help guide us in the right direction, it wasn’t like he was just trying to get us to buy a house so he could make a sale he was genuinely trying to find a home that was right for us. Any time we had questions or needed advice Jackie and Dino responded to our texts and calls and were able to help us right away. Even on our final walkthrough on day of closing Dino was checking everything on the house to make sure we were getting exactly what we agreed upon. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without them and I wouldn’t look anywhere else for any of our future buying or selling needs.

Jackie and Dino were both excellent realtors. Within a day of speaking with them they already had homes for us to look at, and times to be able to view the ones we liked. Dino's knowledge of homes and the way they should be built and kept was very helpful. Jackie's responsiveness to my emails, questions I had, and getting me the paperwork I needed was prompt and I was answered usually within minutes. We were able to get a deal done and an offer except within days of viewing the home, and they always had my best interest in mind when it came to negotiating.
