Had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been more perfect for accessing Eaglescliffe golf course, quite literally a 2 minute walk. The staff went above and beyond and were so welcoming and friendly. A particular mention to Amelia who nothing was too much trouble for, and allowed us to store our clubs in the function room. Also, to Wendy who always enquired about how our day on the golf course had gone, these little touches really made the stay. The staff really seem to enjoy their job and are a credit to the hotel. We only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was deeeelicious! The pancakes with Nutella and strawberries were 10/10. The room was everything it needed to be, airy, clean, and with a lovely soft comfortable bed. A great night's sleep every night, would definitely return is visiting the area again. Rebecca

Lovely stay and Dinner! I came for the offer throughout March with my partner. From arriving at the venue we were greeted by the lovely receptionist who made us feel very welcome and explained our stay to us very well! She booked us into the restaurant for our dinner and we headed to our room. Our room was lovely and was very clean! We headed down to the spa the Hydro Pool was off for maintence however everything else was great and we enjoyed a drink in the spa, a lovely range of wines and beer that can be brought to you. We headed for our dinner and it was lovely! the service was great and food was lovely, we decided to just stay at the hotel for the evening and have drinks in the outdoor seating area of the bar as it was a lovely warm evening! Breakfast was great and again greeted by lovely staff. The menu has a great range of selection. Thank you Parkmore hotel and we will be returning!

We booked a stay at the parkmore hotel for a little treat. On arrival we were greeted by Jess on reception who was really helpful and explained everything. We checked in to our room which was clean and tidy. We then made our way to the restaurant for something to eat , I had forgotten to let anyone know about by wife's food allergy. The manager on duty Peter was very knowledgeable about all the dishes and explained what he could do changing dishes ect my wife felt completely at ease. The restaurant was busy we both noticed how the manager took time to speak to every table several times and having a laugh with each one which created a lovely atmosphere. The following morning Peter was back on duty we had a lovely Breakfast while chatting to him about the Parkmore in general.He really seems to love his Job which is not always the case these days. Then after breakfast we tried the Spa the steam room wasn't working however we were not particularly bothered, Mark was on hand to explain everything and get us clean towels. Would we return? Yes! definitely a lovely relaxing stay and friendly knowledgeable Staff. Shout out to Jess, Peter and Mark

We had our Wedding at the Parkmore in June 2025. Chloe was really helpful with the planning aspects, and on the day James and Paul did a great job of putting everything in place and hosting our guests. A lot of our guests stayed the night and we had no complaints from them. The food was lovely. We chose our own suppliers as we wanted something a bit different, and everything went well - the rooms looked gorgeous. Of course there were a few hiccups but most things worked out perfectly and nobody noticed! We had tons of fun on our wedding day and it was exactly the day we had hoped for! The only negatives were that the bridal suite was far too hot! There was a scary moment minutes before walking down the aisle when my make up was melting off and the MUA was past herself! We also had to get to ask for some breakfast bringing up on the morning whilst getting ready, I think it would have been nice to have had that done without having to chase it up - just thought maybe for other weddings.

The rooms were clean, food excellent and large and the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient. There was something wrong with the water system so we only had cold water for washing and shower.

Absolutely lovely place I took my elderly mum for a spa day it was brilliant nothing was a bother had a lovely massage too from a lady who has her own place in there the afternoon tea was a lovely little extra too well worth a visit will definitely be back

Needed somewhere to break a journey with a classic fire engine and the Parkmore Hotel fitted the bill perfectly. From the thoroughly professional welcome from Abby at a very busy reception to some incredible help from Lauren on bar duties, this was a great two night stay. The breakfasts were well worth the sensible amount they cost, from the Continental choice on the Sunday due to our time constraints to the full option the next day. Made use of the pool facilities as well which were most welcome after a long drive. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, a credit to all the staff here. Overall, this is definitely on the list of places to use again when in the area.

Emilia at reception was the best part of our stay. The warm friendly reception we got from her was so professional but friendly I was at ease straight away after our long journey here. Through out the stay she was always at the bar helping us out with recommendation's to where to go for food and drink being from out of town and so hospitality when we came back after we’d been out. I couldn’t be happier with her standards and her professionalism and I wish her all the best in her roll at Parkmore hotel! I would recommend anyone thinking of staying here 100% as the rooms where comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

I had a great experience this weekend for a little getaway with my partner. Using the spa which is kept clean in the whole time we were in and then finishing off with a lovely meal in the Birdcage resaturant. We enjoyed it that much we stayed and had Sunday Lunch the next day. Thank you to the Parkmore team we will be back.

We had a wonderful day here for our Wedding day, Both rooms we hired were Dressed amazing by Special Events North East, Marilyn listened to our needs and her suggestions made the finishing touches look perfect. The Disco was supplied by the Hotel and Magnum Entertainment Middlesbrough they made sure the party continued until the late hours of the night, they had everyone up dancing and the magic mirror they supplied was a massive success. The light up dance floor looked great and was the perfect place to bust our moves. The food supplied by the hotel was great, a perfect afternoon tea for everyone followed by Bacon and sausage buns with chips that went down a treat. We booked the bridal suite and it was a gorgeous room lots of room for the bride and girls to get ready. James, Paul and Abbey (On Reception) did an amazing Job of looking after us on the day and made sure everything ran smoothly, Nothing was too much for them. Thank you so much for all your help. We spent the evening in the Hideaway - the hotel’s spa centre. Pool, sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy and jacuzzi. We absolutely loved it. The amenities were great and maintained brilliantly. It was a fantastic way to spend an evening unwinding and relaxing. The staff were excellent too. It’s a hidden gem and we’ll be using it again soon.

The Parkmore Hotel were excellent in helping make my daughter's baby shower amazing. The staff were really helpful. The afternoon tea was lovely, it looked and tasted gorgeous. In particular, the Manager, James Leeds went out of his way to make sure that we had the perfect day. I would definitely recommend having an event here.
