Travis communicated everything to me and was very responsive and upfront. I let him know I had someone who was coming sooner than he had available and he gave me a heads up on what to expect. The contractor came and offered to do the work cheaper. In the end I went with Travis because I just felt more comfortable with him. The guys came in and got to work and was open to explain things I had questions about. No up sells and just honest feedback and offered his services whenever I’m ready for more work. Would 100% use them again.
