I contacted Majestic for help dealing with a tree we call “the beast.” I inherited a tree that hasn’t been trimmed in too long and wasn’t trimmed properly before. And to top it off, it hangs over 3 other yards. Johnny was professional, responsive and explained everything. He even helped me deal with a neighbor that created a bit of a challenge. Another neighbor (not the problem one) was impressed with the work and I happily shared their info. Everything was cleaned up, no damage or even trampled plants and you’d hardly know the crew was here except the Beast looks like a whole new tree.

We hired Majestic Tree Service to remove a very large tree that was very close to the house. We are very pleased with the service we received from initial contact to project completion. Walter was very thorough in explaining the process and addressed all of our questions and concerns. Jose and his crew were also very professional and it was nice to see how happy and proficiently they worked together as a team. This tree was more than 50’ tall and less than 4’ from the house. The crews ability to take down limbs and sections with ropes and pullies without touching the roofline or the house was impressive. Majestic has trimmed our trees twice. It is important to me that an arborist is in charge of my tree trimming. I had a large tree removed. Majestic team came out soon after I called, the tree was gone within a few days of initial contact. Team cutting the tree and disposing of it were excellent. The team doing the stump removal initially didn’t remove all of the surface roots. When I called about it I was told the roots were too close to the fence to the extent that their equipment didn’t have space. They should have told me that before they left. My neighbor would have given them access. However when I called They took care of it the very next day. Overall experience was very good. I feel they deserve a 5 star rating. There is a lot to be said for great customer service!
