Top tier service. They were definitely not the lowest quote I received, but I liked Joseph’s thoughtful, observant approach and extremely detailed estimate. We needed quite a few large oaks pruned and three dead trees removed. The crew showed up on time the very next day and did a beautiful job of every single thing we discussed. They even did some extra work based on things that were uncovered and included everything in the original price. I am so happy with how our property looks and will call them again in the future.

It was time to get my trees trimmed - a huge ash tree, an oak, a liquidambar, a large holly tree, and a big scraggly plum. I discovered that the tree service I had hired last year had gone out of business. This was disappointing, as they had done a great job in previous years. But I knew what to do - I checked with Diamond Certified to find the best possible service. I called Majestic Tree, and Joseph came out that same afternoon to do an estimate for me. He asked me what my priorities were on the trimming, which surprised me - I don't believe anyone has asked me that before. I told him safety and the health of the tree were most important, and that I was pleased with the way the previous service had trimmed the ash tree, leaving lots of air between the branches. He agreed they had done a great job, and that meant their trimming job would be easier for them, and would save me money. He then discussed what they would do with the other trees, and quoted a price that was about what I had expected it to be. Two days later, the crew showed up, and to my surprise they finished the job in about 2 or 3 hours. They did a great job - all the trees look better, and I am confident they are all as safe as they can be.

Majestic did a terrific job doing pruning my mature trees. My Chinese Pistache trees had not been pruned since they were planted 30 years ago. They were over grown; now they look like they belong in an estate. Majestic also pruned several other trees and removed a tree at my property. All was done in one day at a reasonable price. It was important to me to hire a licensed tree company run by an arborist. The result is far better than pruning I've seen done in my neighborhood by tree pruners who do not have the expertise of an arborist.

I contacted Majestic for help dealing with a tree we call “the beast.” I inherited a tree that hasn’t been trimmed in too long and wasn’t trimmed properly before. And to top it off, it hangs over 3 other yards. Johnny was professional, responsive and explained everything. He even helped me deal with a neighbor that created a bit of a challenge. We hired Majestic Tree Service to remove a very large tree that was very close to the house. We are very pleased with the service we received from initial contact to project completion. Walter was very thorough in explaining the process and addressed all of our questions and concerns. Jose and his crew were also very professional and it was nice to see how happy and proficiently they worked together as a team. This tree was more than 50’ tall and less than 4’ from the house. The crews ability to take down limbs and sections with ropes and pullies without touching the roofline or the house was impressive.
