I talked to both of them multiple times to figure things out and without their help, I truly would've been lost in this process. Of course our insurance tried giving us the run around but Jake was extremely helpful at getting it handled and our insurance ended up covering it!They were also extremely patient when it came to getting our insurance checks which literally took forever!
