I live an 1970's semi detached house and decided that bringing it up to date would be a good idea! I contacted Tradetech (my local firm) in 2022 and explained what was required. At the time, that consisted of completely re roughcasting the exterior (from being half roughcast and brick to full roughcasting). I also wanted the roof tiles replaced and that included re boarding the roof itself and replacing the guttering. I had a front porch with a flat roof which required to be converted to a sloping roof. To finish I also wanted my external garage (which wasn't connected to the house) to be roughcast and re-roofed also. To my mind, the quotation was very fair and easy to understand all the individual costings. The work was completed later on in the summer and lasted two weeks. Each element of the job was professionally done by an excellent team. The co-ordination from Scaffold erection, delivery of all the kit, skip delivery, and completion of the work (Roof, Porch, Roughcasting, Guttering, Garage etc) was done with minimal disruption and everything was tidied up on completion. The finished house looked like a show house and it still does! I would completely recommend Tradetech to anyone who requires this kind of work to de done. Thank You Tradetech.

Paul, John and the team did a complete overhaul of our 130 year old roof; including replacement of slates, new lead work, repointing of chimneys and repainting of the dormers.The team have done an excellent job, showing real attention to detail in the finish.
