After doing our research on water softeners and companies providing these products, we chose to go with Honest Water Co. They were responsive and very forthright with what we needed and the total cost. No upselling or gimmicks to scare us on how “contaminated” our water was.Our installer, Preston, was prompt, professional, and explained every step of what he needed to do prior to installing and then how simple maintenance was after installation. We have been very pleased with each contact we’ve had with the company and the work Preston did at our house.
