Exchange Physical Therapy Group in Jersey City has been outstanding. Dr. Izzy has been exceptional in caring for my ankle injury — she keeps a close eye on my progress and adjusts my exercises as I improve. Thanks to her care, I’ve gotten noticeably stronger and have far less pain than when I started.To fit sessions into my schedule, I’ve also seen Dr. Rachel and Dr. Hailey, and both were just as knowledgeable and attentive. It’s clear the whole team communicates well and is genuinely invested in patient progress.Five stars, highly recommend!

Izzy is a really great PT. I’ve been having issues for a while with my foot and ankle and she has really worked so hard in helping me to strengthen it. She introduced easy exercises first and now we are onto the advanced ones and it’s really working well. She is really friendly and has the best bed side manners. Thank you Izzy!

Krystyan was wonderful. After about a month of pelvic floor therapy following my delivery, I feel so much better. She is professional, patient, and incredibly encouraging, celebrating every bit of progress I made along the way. I truly appreciated her support throughout my recovery. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs pelvic floor therapy after childbirth.
