I honestly cannot say enough good things about this dental office and the incredible staff. ❤️My granddaughter Mya, had a real fear of going to the dentist, and they have completely changed that for her. She now actually **loves going to the dentist**, which is something I never thought I would be able to say!What they did for her smile means even more to us. She had broken her front tooth, and they were able to **rebuild it so beautifully that it looks completely real and natural**. They didn't just repair a tooth — **they brought Mya's smile and confidence back**, and as her grandmother, I can't thank them enough for that.Everyone is patient, kind and honest. They take the time to explain what they are doing and make sure you understand everything instead of making you feel rushed or nervous.The office itself is incredibly modern, spotless and welcoming, and the staff are absolutely amazing from the moment you walk through the door.I would **100% recommend them**, especially to anyone who has a fear of the dentist, has had a bad dental experience in the past, or simply wants a dentist they can trust.Thank you for taking something my granddaughter once feared and turning it into such a positive experience — and most of all, **thank you for giving Mya her beautiful smile back.** ❤️🦷Biggest Thank You......Nana!!

First time visit today and I’m feeling thankful I live in Guelph, to be a patient at this wonderful place !!Staff were 12/10 friendly, educational and helpful. Process was 12/10 smooth, from initial inquiry to final appointments. Office is 12/10 beautiful and functional !! If you’re looking for a Dentist in Guelph I would HIGHLY recommend the Hanlon Creek Dental team. I’d give 6 stars if I could!!

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while, and I’m glad I finally got to it. My visit to Hanlon Creek Dental was genuinely one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had.From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. I was assisted by two different dental hygienists on separate visits, and both of them were so personable and attentive that each appointment felt easy and comfortable.Dr. Sandra Gerlich did my filling, and she is exceptionally skilled. I absolutely hate needles (especially in my mouth lol) but with her, I barely felt anything. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure and included me in every step, asking how the filling felt and whether anything was uncomfortable. I never felt rushed or brushed aside, which is something I’ve experienced elsewhere. At other offices I often leave with that gritty texture after a filling, I'm always told it “goes away in a day or two,” but never really does. Here, the final result was exceptionally smooth and clearly done with care.Thank you to Dr. Gerlich and the entire team for such a fantastic experience! :)

I have had nothing but pleasant wonderful experiences with them. They are very pleasant and inviting to anyone walking through the door. They've been extremely attuned to my needs always asking if im ok during the procedure and any gesture i make they are on it. The initial appointment i had my daughter with me and they were very accommodating to her. They asked questions according to what I had said to them the last time, the first time i had expressed that my daughter was away for a couple weeks and they remembered she was coming back the next day after my appointment. Great feeling going into a place that normally people are afraid to go to. A warm welcome place to go. They explain things in lots of detail give you suggestions and lots of information about why that happens or how etc. Which I love. 5+++ rating from me. See you for my next cleaning.

Have had 3 appointments at Hanlon creek dental. I left each one happy. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr Sandra didn't rush with me. The most refreshing and truly wonderful result was that I knew I was well cared for and this practice did not take advantage of me financially. It's tricky when you need dental services that you can barely afford. That was not my e perience with Hanlon Creek. Each procedure was easily affordable. I have found my dentist and I am grateful.

My experience at Hanlon Creek Dental was probably the best dental experience I’ve had in my entire lifetime. I move a lot so I’ve had numerous dentists, and none of them hold a candle to the meticulousness, gentleness, cleanliness, and affordability of Dr. Alan and the rest of the Hanlon Creek crew. They worked around my schedule, accepted my x-rays from my previous dentist with ease, and were able to do 2 back to back root canals (seriously no easy feat) on the same day with zero complications. It was painless! And Dr. Alan explained the procedure all throughout my time in the seat to reassure me and to keep me informed of his progress. They triple checked their work via x-rays until it was perfect.There’s a TV on the ceiling with Netflix! Though I just played music on YouTube haha. The equipment they have is sparkling new and updated. Everything was also kept impeccably clean. They also gave me a fuzzy blanket during the procedure!Ally was on TOP of scheduling. She followed up before my appointment as well as after to make sure I was doing okay.All in all, just an amazing experience. I’m so grateful about my teeth being fixed so wonderfully. Parking is free as long as you’re a customer btw! They will print you an exit pass, so you do not have to pay for parking upon leaving the lot.

From meeting receptionist Ally at the front desk with her engaging friendly smile, to assistant Rosa who prepped me for a first time visit, to Dentist Sandra who was confident and efficient and explained things so clearly, to my final adventure with Hygenist Alex, I can truly say that this was one of the best visits to a dentist that I've ever experienced.

The administrative team is excellent, knowledgeable, kind, and on the ball with any task (ie. payments, scheduling, etc). The care team (ie. dentist, hygienist, lab tech) was also very knowledgeable, thorough, charismatic, and took the time to understand me and my situation. I came from having the same dentist for 30 years, and now I'm hoping to spend the next 30 here 👍

I had my first visit at Hanlon Creek Dental yesterday and have nothing but positive things to share. The staff were SO friendly, and Dr. Sandra is incredibly sweet and took her time answering all of my questions. The chairs are very comfortable, and the Netflix on the TV above my head was a great distraction during my cleaning. Alex was very informative and I left with lots of new information to build into my home care. I will definitely be making appointments for my kids soon, thanks so much for calming my nerves and giving me a great visit!
