Found a leak behind the kitchen sink on a Saturday and after being cancelled on by another plumbing company both Saturday and Sunday, I finally call Viking and got to actually talk to someone live on Sunday and they had Morgan out to my house first thing on Monday morning.Morgan was great! He took the time to keep me in the loop on what he was doing and I really felt like I was in good hands. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Morgan at Viking. I will be using Viking in the future and will be requesting Morgan as the tech for sure.

I was recommended Viking Plumbing from a friend and was extremely happy with the service and communication I received. I was able to work with Parker over the phone to talk through my water heater issue, send pictures to determine it would be best to get a Plumber out to review. Morgan was by same day and reviewed our water heater and gave me multiple options of how to proceed, not trying to up-sale me and talked me through pros and cons of the different options. Morgan was able to give me reasonable quotes for the work and didn't try to pressure me into a decision while he was there. Super happy with the work and the team I worked with and will be working with Viking again for any future plumbing needs.

After paying high trip charges to multiple big-name companies around town that felt more like salespeople than actual plumbers, having Morgan and Jason out was a breath of fresh air. If you want a professional, respectful, and friendly crew that will explain everything thoroughly to you, then call Viking Plumbing. It is rare to find this type of integrity these days.
