Wonderful experience! Had adult braces for pre and post-op for double jaw surgery. Doctors and all support staff were very friendly and made the process as smooth as possible! Especially enjoyed working with Dr. Adcox and Katy! 10/10 recommend!

I was on the fence about getting any braces at all, but I'm so glad I did! From walking into the door, to consult and to the chair this experience was incredible. I'm sad that this journey ended, because I will not be here any longer. My braces are off and my teeth look amazing 😍Thank you all for the amazing job!!!

All I can say is Dr. Adcox is amazing. After experiencing an orthodontist who negatively impacted my teeth, Dr. Adcox was able to correct the damage and restore my confidence. He is truly one of the kindest professionals I have ever met. He remembered my name after our very first visit, remembered the details of what had happened with the previous orthodontist, and consistently made me feel comfortable and reassured about the plan to fix the problem. For context, I had braces as a teenager -- five years on top and four years on the bottom. When they were removed, I had perfect teeth and was given a permanent bottom retainer that lasted over 15 years. Unfortunately, one day I bit into an apple and the permanent retainer came off. I went to another orthodontist to have a removable bottom retainer made. It never fit correctly, and despite several visits for adjustments, it was never fixed properly. Because it did not fit as it should have, my bottom teeth shifted and a gap formed between my two front teeth -- something I had never experienced before. After years of braces and having perfect teeth, this was devastating. Dr. Adcox took the time to truly listen to my concerns. He created a detailed plan to correct the gap and thoroughly explained every step of the process. I was fitted for Invisalign and finally felt hopeful about getting my smile back. He was honest and upfront about the cost, timeline, and what to expect -- no surprises, just professionalism and integrity. I will never be able to fully thank Dr. Adcox for fixing my teeth and restoring my confidence. If you are looking for an orthodontist who is kind, honest, attentive, and truly cares about his patients, Dr. Adcox is the one you want.

I can’t say enough good things about this team. It’s my first time taking my 7 year old and I’m not sure why the news of him getting braces felt like such a big milestone in the moment. I asked a ton of questions, I asked about other options, and why had to be explained to me a few times. But not once was I met with anything other than kindness, patience, and information. I could have easily been treated like a sale, or an annoying customer, but I was treated like a person. They were relatable, and understanding and that is so rare to find in a place!
