Went to a CrossFit event here and had so much fun! The coaches and people there were so inviting and friendly. I’m new to Crossfit so it was so nice to have the coaches help modify the moves for me too. Excited to go back.

At Crossfit Puyallup you have certified coaches showing you how to do every movemwnt correctly and you'll find the biggest cheerleaders encouraging you! When I walked into Puyallup Crossfit I had no idea what I was really walking into; I walked into a place where I could safely build strength that would make me stronger for life.The methodology was all new to me. I learned and was blown away at their deliberate workouts that cover cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. Truly functional fitness. Everyone can do this, from my 2nd grader to your grandmother, as the workouts are scaled for top athletes, intermediate, beginners, and masters (55 and older) levels. There kids classes are wonderful and such a gift to those young athletes as they develop discipline and foundations to fitness. My son loves kids Crossfit. The culture & community is a game changer. Walking into a new gym and having little experience can be intimidating. But the culture of Puyallup Crossfit is filled with fun, laughter, accountability, and encouragement. They also have fun seasonal events and ones that will push and challenge you to the core. I'm so glad to be a part of this wonderful community

Joining CrossFit Puyallup has been one of the best decisions I have made for myself. After losing over 100 pounds training solo, I hit a wall with traditional gyms. Same routines. Same machines. Zero coaching. Zero growth. A friend mentioned CrossFit, and CrossFit Puyallup was right in my neighborhood. I reached out during a friends and family event and asked if I could try a class, even though I did not know anyone there. They welcomed me in without hesitation. One class was all it took. I was hooked.I started with the foundations course and learned the core movements, then moved into regular classes. I have been a consistent member ever since, going on three years now. The coaches are outstanding. Clear instruction. Great demos. Smart scaling and modifications when needed. The community is just as strong. Supportive. Friendly. No ego. This gym feels like a second home, and I genuinely look forward to every class.

After being at a gym for 13 years and having to find a new gym, I'm so glad I moved to CrossFit Puyallup to call it my new home gym. I have been here for just over a year, and I feel like I have always been apart of the gym since it started. The coaches are welcoming, the environment is friendly, all the new equipment is a huge perk, but it is really nice to have a place to come to knowing your fitness needs will be taken care of.The workouts are thoughtful in both what you learn, but also caring for the body day in and day out. Heavy days are balanced with harder metabolic days so you don't feel constantly sore by working out. They are mindful what we do in the gym is to allow us to be better at the things we do outside the gym. :)It's a great place to find accountability and achieve your fitness goals.

If I could give this gym 10 stars, I would.I’m not usually someone who writes reviews, but as much as I’d love to keep this place my own little secret, people deserve to know how special it is.I just hit my one-year anniversary here, and joining this gym has been one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. As a mom of two, I finally decided it was time to take better care of me, and this gym exceeded every expectation I had.I had always joined big gyms like LA Fitness, Planet Fitness, or the YMCA, so I was a little hesitant about the price at first. But honestly, after my first week, I didn’t even think about the cost. It genuinely feels like you’re getting personal training every time you walk in.They start you with on-ramp sessions so you feel confident and know what you’re doing before joining group classes. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, especially when it comes to form and technique. One thing I really love is that there are no mirrors. Learning new movements can feel vulnerable, and not having mirrors allowed me to focus on learning instead of worrying about how I looked.Everyone is at different fitness levels, and they do an amazing job modifying workouts for old injuries or wherever you’re at in your journey. I also love the mix of men and women. While some people prefer all-female gyms, the guys here couldn’t be more kind, respectful, and encouraging. It’s a really healthy, supportive environment.I truly can’t imagine going back to a big-box gym now. This has been such a professional, guided experience compared to feeling lost and confused in a crowded gym. This place has given me confidence and belief in myself in a way I haven’t felt in a long time.I’ll be entering my 40s feeling stronger than ever, and how cool is that?If you’re looking for a gym in the Puyallup area, there’s only one answer: CrossFit Puyallup.

Clean gym, amazing coaches who know what they're doing, programming kicks my butt and its always a positive and encouraging vibe. I've been going to crossfit since 2012 and this is my favorite crossfit gym by far :) Travis, the owner, has put in a ton of effort and energy into this place and is family friendly. Im grateful to call this place "my gym"
