While in Gulf Shores for vacation my daughter's iPhone 15 screen was not responding and the phone was unable to even turn on.Mat quickly assessed the issue and confirmed the phone was taking a charge. Once he got the phone apart, there was some water damage but he replaced the screen and got the phone back to operating properly, all in about 30 minutes!We are very grateful to have found this business to help fix our issue, Mat was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Mat the general manager, and his colleague were incredibly helpful. I was visiting because I needed a universal charger - in addition to helping me with that, they identified the battery issues of mine as they did a quality check on the charge. To boot, they cleaned my screen with a professional solution, which it really needed. In hearing them help other customers in the store, it is evident that they are experts, who help local businesses to include the healthcare community with their technology and security needs.

We were headed home a day early from our week long trip at Gulf Shores and my husband’s phone warned him of moisture and wouldn’t charge. Obviously he needed his phone to work properly for our 16 hour drive home. I found this place on Google and it was the BEST customer service and price! Matt took care of us and was so nice, helpful and eager to help us out. Left phone while we went to eat and came back and it was ready to go! We are so appreciative of this business and what they do and how friendly they were in a someway stressful situation for us being out of town. We know we wouldn’t have received this great service at our cell phone carrier and would have had to wait hours I’m sure and would have paid double or more I’m sure. Though Tech solutions could have charged more and we would have paid of course to get it fixed asap they didn’t. They truly want to help you and save you money! Thanks Matt and Tech Solutions for being awesome to work with!!!! Much appreciated from this Kansas couple!
