I’m very disappointed! I had a new battery put in and my new battery is NO better than my original battery. I went back & Matt just said I would need to pay another $125.00 for a replacement. Matt said it may be my chargers. I only have iPhone chargers and have tried all three chargers I have with absolutely no change is my battery life. I would not recommend.

While in Gulf Shores for vacation my daughter's iPhone 15 screen was not responding and the phone was unable to even turn on.Mat quickly assessed the issue and confirmed the phone was taking a charge. Once he got the phone apart, there was some water damage but he replaced the screen and got the phone back to operating properly, all in about 30 minutes!We are very grateful to have found this business to help fix our issue, Mat was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Mat the general manager, and his colleague were incredibly helpful. I was visiting because I needed a universal charger - in addition to helping me with that, they identified the battery issues of mine as they did a quality check on the charge. To boot, they cleaned my screen with a professional solution, which it really needed. In hearing them help other customers in the store, it is evident that they are experts, who help local businesses to include the healthcare community with their technology and security needs.
