This place is great. I walked in here four years ago with absolutely no experience whatsoever and was immediately welcomed in by everyone. Matt Is the heart of the place and keeps track of all our skills and progress. Ruben‘s a hell of a combat coach and Chris kills it at strength training.

This place is awesome! I’ve been here for only a couple of weeks and everyone has been extremely welcoming and helpful. The coaches are super knowledgeable and genuinely do care to see you at your best. If you need some MMA training or just looking to get into shape, TRITAC is the place for you!

I’ve been going to this gym for about four months now, since the start of July. I can confidently say that this is one of the best workout spots in Connecticut. with a multitude of things to do, ranging from Judo to Jiu Jitsu to an open gym, i would highly recommend checking this place out. as a high schooler with a pretty tight schedule, the times it’s open and the help they give are absolutely amazing. it’s always a blast to do the Jiu Jitsu classes especially, and i fully recommend this to any person wanting to gain strength, confidence, or to learn martial arts.

I am 49 years old and have been training here at Tritac for just over 1 year. I absolutely love it here. Striking, Jujitsu, Judo, Combative Defense, Strength Training, what every you are looking for they got you. The coaches here are great, and the community is amazing and helpful. And the new Tritac Matrix app is so helpful for home training, class recaps, or connection with the team.
