Found Cheryl while at the Blount county farmers market about a month ago. Bought old man’s beard and the plantain salve. My husband started using it on an old scar that wasn’t healing and had kinda turned into a keloid. Within a week, the scar had softened and gotten smaller! We also got a little sinus thing and we used the tincture. It helped us get over the sinus thing quickly! Love these products and can’t wait to learn more!

I haven’t been to any of Native Mountain Foraging classes yet but I have the June 20th Mimosa Tincture class scheduled. I’ve been playing the Herbal Scavenger Hunt every evening and really enjoying myself. I can’t wait to learn more about how to depend on the world around me!

I attended the first gathering for people who are interested in native plants and their benefits. Cat did an excellent job teaching about the dandy lion plant. Not only did she teach about the plant but also taught about contraindications with plants and commercial drugs. She served dandy lion tea and cookies. Great job Cat for a lot of info on a short period of time .

I attended their first monthly class, this past weekend. Cat was an absolute joy while teaching and leading the class. Her passion, knowledge, and willingness to share with others is a gift! If you’re thinking about checking this out but are unsure… I’d encourage you to do it!
