I have been going to Arrow for nearly 5 years now and throughout that time they have been fantastic! Their customer service is always 5 stars. They really go above and beyond. Most recently I needed a new backwash unit and after a quick chat with Sian like a flash it was delivered to my door by Matt himself. That's service you won't get anywhere else!

It's always a pleasure visiting Arrow. My experience is always different to other warehouses. The staff are welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. It's such a happy vibe.

I've now done 3 training courses at Arrow with Milkshakes Soozy and Sheree (Bridal hair). The courses have been well organised and executed and the trainers very professional and informative. The staff at Arrow are just lovely (especially Sian and Chloe) and have really made it a pleasure to visit. The warehouse has a great supply of stock and there always seems to be good deals available. I look forward to returning someday soon.

I wanted to share how highly I recommend arrow, last week I had a problem with my backwash, I wasn’t a customer of arrow, but after one call I had the best customer service and have now joined them. Someone so kindly helped me sort the problem out and went out of their way to do so. Honestly I was so overwhelmed with the service. Thank you

What a lovely experience. Visited this afternoon with my daughter, Hair & Beauty student. All staff were so friendly and approachable from the moment we walked in till the moment we left. Gave advice on products and great deals. Definitely recommend highly!
