The report categorized each item found as requiring repair or just routine maintenance so you could quickly scan the report for the important issues. They were also recommended by a neighbor as doing a good job. I would recommend them for future inspections.

We did a search and came across them. They had great reviews (which is what sold us). It's hard to know who to call when you are not from the area and cannot rely on word of mouth from friends or family. Called on New Years day expecting to leave a voicemail, but Doug answered. He was pleasant and professional and scheduled an appointment with us for the very same week. He educated us so we would understand the process and guided us to decide which services we needed and also the services we did not need. Panther did an a very thorough job. We found the best!
