Simon provides an excellent service. He was able to do an inspection for us with less than 24hrs notice. He was thorough and genuine and stayed behind a little bit after the inspection to explain everything, take us around the property and point out issues, explain potential implications in clear, easy to understand language. His report was provided promptly and contained excellent detail in an accessable format. Similarly, Simon went above and beyond with excellent communication, always happy to answer the phone to discuss issues or explain further. I would reccomend Simon to anyone looking for a B&P inspection.
