Update: the group that operated originally did reach out and eventually return to finish the job to some level of satisfaction.Pal that recently had some service done has experienced terrible customer service. Told multiple times they would correct some things they had agreed on. Never returned when they said they would now is blocking calls and messages. Gave a receipt for less than was paid; Suspicious.

These guys did a great job. Needed a couple of trees dropped and cut up so that I could haul them away. They offered to do the full service at first, but my funds were limited so I just needed the dangerous part taken care of. We negotiated a fair price and they did everything they said they would do in an efficient and respectful manner. Will no doubt be calling them again in the future.

Hired to remove one large and two smaller trees, to remove the shade that prevents growing grass, Y Professional Tree Service did good work at first. They removed the large tree with professional workmanship in preventing damage to my yard and fence, and safely to themselves. As pieces of the tree fell to the ground, they were fed into a chipper that fed the chips into a covered truck to be hauled away. Once the big tree was gone, however, their professionalism began to fade. My wife and I were so impressed at this point, we gave them $50.00 each as a thank you tips. Yes, we should have waited until the job was done. Should have, but didn't. My wife even gave them our check for the entire project before they were done. Yes, we should have waited. But we didn't.Then they quit showing up regularly. For days at a time no one showed up at all. They also borrowed some of my tools, which were never returned. Calling their office in Crossville, AL always resulted in promises to send people to finish the job, but no one came. So now our back yard looks like a war zone (small war, I know) with holes and sticks and roots and a pile of chips from stump grinding. I'll have to hire someone to clean it up and level it before the sod can be installed.May 11 UpdateThe company owner showed up this morning with his daughter and several workmen and a tracked Bobcat. They removed the two remaining bush stumps, leveled out the whole area, did a final repair on the fence & gate, and did a pretty good cleanup..It's a shame the way the job dragged out, but we're happy now, and I'm still grateful for the very low price.

They came out and took down a large oak tree and trimmed up another tree in the yard. Pleased with their quick response, reasonable price, and fast takedown of the tree. They even came back and ground up a couple of trunk branches missed originally. Definitely would use again if needed.
