Colleen was an excellent coach who made this gym feel so welcoming! CrossFit has always intimidated me, but the positive vibes, workout variations, and encouragement made it so much more comfortable. She pushed us while ensuring we did it in a safe setting.

I joined in on the bring a friend week and Colleen was my coach. She was amazing! She explained everything clearly and gave several ranges of exercises to hit everyone’s level. She was attentive to our form and helped correct when needed. She encouraged us and made it fun. I can tell that doing these kind of workouts over time would definitely build my strength and endurance!

Johnathon did awesome coaching today! Very helpful giving rope climbing instructions. I needed help with foot position and his attention to coaching my foot position technique got me down to 3 pulls from my previous 4 pulls to reach the top!

Great experience! I chose this gym because others had written how welcomed they felt! It can be very intimidating to show up to a new place, knowing you will be the only one that does not know anyone. But, I was greeted immediately by Colleen and introduced to everyone. This gym has a very positive attitude and great energy and Colleen, the coach, made sure I knew what I was doing and that I was not getting lost in the prescribed workout. I will definitely be back!

If you’re intimidated by CrossFit, this gym is for you! I tried it out this week and felt SO welcome by the other members of the class and by Coach Colleen. She was very knowledgeable and is form and safety focused, which I appreciate. My classmates were super inclusive; I didn’t feel like “the new gal” at all. What a fabulous space and community! Just try it: you’ll be glad you did.

This was my first time at Crystal Coast CrossFit. Everyone was very welcoming. I felt like a regular. The gym is clean and well kept. Johnathan kept me accountable throughout the workout. He made sure my form was correct. He and the other trainers are very professional. This is a great gym to be apart of!
