I’m very pleased with the technicians who did a replacement drip pan service on our HVAC system today. Christian communicated with me before he got to the house. Once he got here, he and Anzo got right to work. Very professional young men. They were super good with our big dog, Percy.

Lucas AC was phenomenal! So quick, professional and let you know exactly what the problem is. They were willing to repair my 11 yr old unit instead of telling me I need a new one now. Between Cameron, Tony & Gene they all were friendly & great!

Where to start this might be Long. I’ve had an AC unit put in by another company. Come to find out all my problems came from bad equipment and wrong install after 32 service calls from the original company. I had a nice man come out. Explain everything to me go over all the details and show me where I went wrong in my purchase now that I understand and asked questions. I got all the proper answers I couldn’t be more happier with the service I received today so at the end of all of this, I got some of the biggest discounts I’ve ever seen. I’ve got new units being put into my house that are the proper ones and got treated like I was family. my new install will be this coming Tuesday and I am looking forward to doing business and service with your company. Thank you so much for saving us time money And from a big energy bill that will now not be reoccurring because of the new equipment thank you so much sincerely Keith Tillis and Tillis’s family

First time anyone has come to my home and be early for an appointment in 13 years! Most knowledgeable HVAC technician that has ever has been here. I have formerly worked on HVAC units of another scale. TONY IS VERY THOROUGH ! I struggled for a year to get the heat pump working properly . Many technicians have been here, but could not get unit operating properly.
