If you need someone for PT, this is the place that is very knowledgeable and their programs are amazing. I also love that there is an app you can see a video of your exercises in case you forgot how to do it. They are also available all the time. I recommend every one I know to here.

SoledOut is not your cookie cutter physical therapy healthcare organization. My son’s knee dislocated when he stepped into a hole while running in our yard. It happened right before football season, and my son was devastated. He received physical therapy at a larger orthopedic facility, which was OK, but my son needed personalized care. He received hands-on, 1x1 treatment and so much more. Coach Mack communicated extremely well, and he was focused on my son’s immediate and long term athletic and personal health goals. I never felt rushed when we talked about my son’s care, and we felt heard and valued.
