I can highly recommend The Longevity Coach (TLC) for its care-filled approach, great studio and knowledgeable instructors. For a non-gym person (until now), I just love, love, love this place - my instructor, Mat, knows the right balance of push and encouragement that I am now 14-weeks with them and this is a record for me of consistently going to the gym. I feel stronger and fitter and can’t wait to achieve my fitness goals with this team of experts - I am positively sure I will. I truly believe that is the best investment for my health and wellbeing. I can keep gushing but I will recommend you sign up and experience the magic yourself. Go in and meet Andrew (the owner), Mat (my ever patient coach) and James - it will be worth the trip.

I can’t recommend Andrew and the team (James and Matt) highly enough. He is incredibly knowledgeable and takes a genuine long-term approach to health and fitness which is an absolute breath of fresh air compared to some of the chain gyms. They are motivating without being intimidating — and it’s clear there’s a real passion for helping people feel their best for the long run.No matter your age, fitness level or background, you will immediately feel welcomed and part of a really supportive community. The group classes are always varied, engaging and genuinely fun, and for the first time ever I found I looked forward to coming to sessions.

Fantastic gym to improve overall strength and health. I’ve had a bad back for a long time and TLC has provided me with very tailored workouts that have really helped build strength and confidence and has allowed me to get back into golf finally!!Plus great people and always a fun environment.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with the team at The Longevity Coach. Andrew, Matt and James have created a genuinely welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable training. I have trained in many gyms and with many trainers. TLC is not just a gym or a space for personal trainers. Here you build your best self. I have never enjoyed the gym but now I don’t want to skip sessions. I have learnt the importance of stretching, along with building strength. Keep going is now my mantra. I have reached more goals in less than one year with TLC in comparison to any other places/trainers I have worked with. And maybe that is the key word here, it is not work anymore. It is fun, gives me energy and has made me the best version of me ever! Highly recommend!!
